1. Data we use
To provide your account and game features, LootHunt.gg uses your Steam ID, public profile details, available match statistics from Leetify and your in-game progress. This processing is needed to provide the service. We also use limited technical and error information to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in security and reliability. You can browse public pages without signing in, but need Steam sign-in to save progress. We do not receive your Steam password.
2. Public information and service providers
The leaderboard may show your Steam ID, name, avatar, rank and game statistics. Hosting and database providers process data needed to run the site; Steam handles sign-in and Leetify provides match data. Steam-hosted avatars and Google Fonts may receive technical connection data when loaded. Some providers may process data in other countries.
3. Cookies and storage
A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Your browser may also save tutorial progress and interface choices locally. Clearing browser storage may reset those preferences.
4. How long we keep data
We keep account, match and game data while needed to provide the service. Logging out does not delete your account. Technical events are kept for a limited period, and backup copies, if enabled, may remain until they are rotated out. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to any reason we may be required to retain part of it.
5. Your choices and contact
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or request restriction or portability where applicable. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Write to contact@loothunt.gg.
